ship within 48 hours. Shipping time varies by product, but generally
arrives within 5-7 days of ordering when Standard Shipping is used.

For semi-custom items, items generally ship within
5-7 days of your order unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
Fully custom orders can take anywhere from 4-20 weeks,
depending on the size and complexity of the design.
Residents of Wisconsin will be charged 5.5% sales
tax calculated on the total of the order excluding shipping charges.
Residents of Illinois will be charged 7.00% sales tax excluding shipping.
Residents of all other states are responsible for paying any applicable
state & local use tax.
We are proud to announce that we now ship internationally! International
shipping times vary, so although we will usually ship within 48 hours,
it could take up to 6 weeks to receive your item depending on customs
clearance for your package.

Due to the variable cost of shipping internationally,
we generally do not provide expedited service. If you would like
your package to ship via another method, send us an email once you
complete your order for a quote & adjusted invoice. |
We really want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due
to the fact that our products are made to order, we only accept limited
returns and exchanges. In all cases, you must contact Customer Service
for a Return Authorization Number.
For Quilt Kits, you may return the product in its
original condition within 10 days for a full refund, less a $10.00 restocking/repackaging
fee. You are responsible for return shipping.
For Ready Made Quilts, returns are only accepted for
damaged or defective items, in which case we will repair the item or
exchange it for a like item of the same size and style.
For Custom Made Quilts, we do our best to involve
you at every major stage of the process to insure your satisfaction.
Because we seek your acknowledgement and approval to proceed at each
stage, we can not accept returns of custom items. If for some reason
the quilt is damaged in transit, you may return the quilt (at your expense)
for repair at no charge.
For merchandise purchased through any of our on-line
retailers, please refer to that site for shipping & return policies.
Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is
the result of our own error.
