Having TMJ Disorder Sucks All the Fun Out of Eating
Apparently, I am under too much stress. And apparently, the only way my body knows to deal with it is to manifest itself in strange, irritating symptoms that leave me running to the hospital every other week (I’m exaggerating – but it feels like it.) At least now we know why, but do I really have to stop eating Swedish Fish?

I’m clearing out fabric I’m no longer in love with, and you can be the beneficiary. Yardage is $5 per yard, pre-cut fat quarters are $1.25, and everything else is priced as marked.
Why You Can’t Pin My Stuff to Pinterest
I’ve been sitting on the fence about this for a while, debating back and forth about the right thing to do. The conclusion I’ve come to? No, you can’t pin my stuff to Pinterest, and here’s why.

2012 Word of the Year: FOCUS
Apparently, I’m so focused, I forgot to talk about my Word of the Year and my goals for 2012.
So Focused, I’m Not Blogging

Quilty Taping with Mary Fons
It’s official: I am now a recurring guest on Quilty! Last Sunday, I went down to the city (because despite claiming I live “near Chicago”, it’s still over an hour’s drive to get there) to film three new episodes with Mary. I don’t know when they will air; they filmed the entire season over a three day period, but presuming that they filmed in the order the episodes will air, they are closer to the beginning of the season than they are to the end.
Let the Destashing Begin!
I started grouping fabrics the other evening, and then got inspired to start snapping photos. Once the photos got taken, it was a short leap to start listing them in my Etsy shop!
Fabric Stash Reduction Project & Sale
I was talking to my friend WenR last night, after a wild night of quilting & chatting until 3AM, and I came up with a really crazy idea that I think I may actually follow through on. It involves selling off hundreds and hundreds of yards of fabric at very low prices. Why on earth would I do that?
