CCreativity is our passion, our customers are like family, and our products are made with the very best materials and care. Everything we do is infused with all the love and attention we can give, as though our own family and friends were the ultimate recipients.
LoveBug Studios is an Illinois-based business, owned and operated by Ebony Love. Ebony has been sewing since receiving her first sewing machine at a very young age, and for the past 20 years has been delighting people with her creative designs and artwork. She has been producing beautiful quilts for nearly a decade, and provides quilting and sewing instruction both publicly and privately.
Aside from the quilts and art pieces she has made for her clients, her work has also been featured publicly in several venues, including Denver International Airport, Flourish Studios, and in the Ravenswood Corridor in Chicago. She has also been commissioned for retail displays at stores, and has launched her own line of quilting & handbag patterns under the brand Quilt Possible!™
In the studio, we proudly use Viking machines for piecing & serging. In January 2007, the studio was relocated to a larger space, to house our 10′ quilting frame.
In 2010, we welcomed a new, larger 12′ long-arm quilting machine – the HQ 24″ Fusion. We affectionately call him “Mr. Darcy” and love being able to now take on bigger & more ambitious projects.
